Synopsis

Three amateur runners take on the biggest challenge of their life as they embark on a 24 hour relay race to the top of Mount Snowdon. The film delves into the mental health struggles of each of the runners and how they have used sport as an outlet. Ultra endurance events are just as much about mental resilience as they are about physical capability and this challenge puts these competitors' bodies and minds to the test.
